Due to our rapid growth in shipyard/agency business, we are seeking young, energetic, high potential employees to fill in vacancy positions in our Surabaya’s office:
TAX STAFF
JOBS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Take multi-faceted responsibilities for taxes calculation, payments, reporting, reconciliation, and audits
· Liaises in all aspects with third parties concerning taxation including several related customs matters.
· Be responsible for accurate tax documentation, recording, filing and regulation updates.
· Be of assistance for accounting manager.
REQUIREMENTS :
· Male or Female (age between 22 to 27 years old)
· Diploma 3/Diploma 4/Strata 1 in Accountancy or Taxation.
· Minimum 1 (one) year experience as tax staff
ACCOUNTING STAFF
JOBS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Take multi-faceted responsibilities for clerical tasks in accounting cycle.
· Liaises in all aspects with third parties concerning payment, disbursement, and banking.
· Be responsible for accounting documentation, recording, filing, and updates.
· Be of assistance for accounting manager.
REQUIREMENTS :
· Male or Female (age between 22 to 25 years old)
· Diploma 3/Diploma 4/Strata 1 in Accountancy.
· At least 1 year experience as accounting staff is an advantage, qualified fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
ALL APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS :
· Effective communication skills in English both oral and written is compulsory
· Self-motivated, ability to work independently and quick/eager learner
· Willing to work hard and under pressure
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Hands-on experience/practical knowledge in MYOB Accounting Software Series is a must
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) and internet literacy is a must
